Fleck offers zero friction Web annotation. You don't need an account and can start adding notes to Web pages immediately and directly from your browser. You can share the annotated pages easily with others via email or you can upload it directly to your blog. On your personal fleck page you'll find all your flecked pages and the pages others shared with you. You can use fleck as a collaborative comark (Commment Bookmark) service.
